It's a nightly ritual in our house to read to Kaylie before she goes to bed and she was so excited to have a brand new book to take upstairs! She loved Goodnight Moon and had it read to her 3 times before she fell asleep.

Greek Easter

Great-Great Aunt Peggy sent a package this week filled with some Greek Easter goodies for us. I grew up every year with these delicious Greek treats and it was so sentimental seeing Kaylie enjoy her Greek cookies as I did years ago.

So, I hope that everyone had a wonderful Easter this past weekend, and for all those Orthodox folks- Have a wonderful Greek Easter this upcoming weekend!

Kaylie's "Cake-Up"

Yesterday I walked in on Kaylie with my make-up. She's not allowed to go through my purse so the first thing she does is go through it when I leave it unattended and on the bathroom floor. Our Conversation went something like this:

Kaylie: "Momma! 'Cake-Up'!
Me: "Kaylie, NO!"
Kaylie: "Momma, Kaywie Pretty!"
Me: "Kaylie, that's mine, not Kaylie's!"
Kaylie: "Momma, Kaywie berry Pretty!"
Me: "Kaylie, you can't have Momma's make-up"
Kaylie: "Noooo.. pretty! Now Juice!"

It's so much fun having an attentive toddler.... so I took pictures.

My Tiny Monkey

David is now 2 months! (Or a little over, I've been horrible at updating the blog!)

He's so laid back and just a wonderful baby. Davey is holding up his head and loves to be held. Constantly! His current favorite thing to do is lie in his Boppy and smile at his big sister Kaylie- who is fantastic at letting Mommy know when baby brother is 'durty'.

I think our little family is complete and I am loving every second of being a mommy of two. =)
